I'm a little late on this post also, but just want to add that you've done a great job on your weight loss so far going from 243 to 196 pounds. So give yourself some credit for obviously staying on plan for months. As well, drinking all the water and eating your stir-fry is awesome.
We all have slip ups. Sounds like you're struggling with hormonal stuff and loss of sleep which can cause cravings. Be as good to yourself as possible with a nice hot bath, early to bed and eating lots of good protein, fat and veggies. It will all be better in no time.
