was NOT expecting a whoosh like that and it made me do the happy dance!!! ALSO I forgot to measure yesterday so did it today and I lost .25 off my forearm, 2.5 off my waist, 1.25 off my chest, 2.5 off my hips, .25 off my bicep, 1.25 off my thigh and .5 off my calf for a total of 10.75 inches this month, 40 inches total!!!
