Protein powder has really helped me cut my cravings and build muscles. I really wanted to stay away from the Walmart brand supplements because of the crab count and the supplements they put in that carp. Somebody posted about a Whey Protein powder at Trader Joe's that was very low-carb and good for you. I tried it an loved it.
