Silver I am thinking the same, mostly leaves, but perhaps not every day? I too did very well on no plant food in the past and agree though I lost weight I ended up not feeling too well after a while.
At weekends I do eat veggies for sure as I spend it with friends and bf who all accept low carb now, but wont accept no veggies. But am thinking also of adding the leaves a few times during the week.
