I've been using those nicorette lozenges/commits, but they don't seem to stop my cravings, plus they contain carbs at 1g each. I bought the nicorette inhaler yesterday though, and it works very well for cravings, plus no carbs. I recommend giving this a try if you're going to try to quit. I'm on day 4 right now, so far so good.
