Day 21 of 90
1) Upon waking each morning, say a prayer of gratitude.
2) Drink 80+ ounces of water a day.
3) Do 15 minutes of a something I have been procrastinating. (soaked in oxi clean rinsed then bleached and line dried all my dish clothes and dish towels)
4) Limit 2 BPC max (2 BPC)
5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (Lunch chopped BBQed steak and 2 over easy eggs with a revolutionary roll (Atkins' 72 recipe)and for supper, 2 breakfast muffins, [egg, bacon, cheese on a rev roll] with a side spinach salad with Caesar dressing)
