Same this morning, time to kick it up a notch. This will be day three back on plan fully. Last evening I was hungry so I had 2 eggs, 1 piece of bacon lots of spinach wilted in bacon fat. Had to do a little "self talk" about what I wanted instead of the "ginger cookies in the freezer" and made it through with out going for a low carb desert instead. This is huge for me, I really need to drop the low carb replacements to get into ketosis. Once there I am fine, I am not drawn to them.
Hope everyone has a great weekend, sticks to the plan that is working for them and learns a little more, maybe a new recipe, a 15 minute exercise plan they can add to their day (Yes, Susan I am getting prepped for our Monday start of "add movement to our day) and drinks their water, eats great food and gets outside for a bit, spring is springing.
