Goal of this challenge: Simply to tally how well I do sticking to my diet plan over the next 90 days.

Yesterday would have been a great day had it not been for the late evening pork rinds snack. I ate 33 net carbs with plenty of protein and fat. I ate well yesterday, but not too much. I'm calling it another good day. Today I will be upping the fats and keeping the carbs lower than my plan calls for. Breakfast in the morning will be BP coffee + my normal fiber supplement. After that I'll be off to run my 3rd Richmond 10K.
