Hi Gwen, I have a couple of the power90 DVDs - Power Circuit 3/4 and a lower body one. They're really good, solid workouts. I'm sure you'd get good results using them.
I've made it to week four of P90X and finally, I'm doing no substitution except for YogaX. I've definitely gained some muscle and even some decent abs definition, so woo-hoo!
