ScienceDaily gives the amino acids as lysine and arginine.
I would strike plums, apricots, and avocados from that list. 15 grams of chicken protein has about a gram each of these amino acids. A cup of plums has about a gram of protein, total. How many are we supposed to eat? Maybe they're leaving room for a homeopathic effect?
