I think I way 165 lbs. The bmi index says I should be 125 Lbs.. This to me is an impossible dream. Truthfully at 64 years old I think a little fat under my skin goes a long way to my youthful appearance. I hope to weigh 140 lbs. I love this forum and hope with all of you here I can stay on course and become slimmer.
