Hello
Newbie to your site here. Today marks the end of my first week of low carb eating. Dabbled with this twice before. I hope to be able to make this a permanent life style choice. Other then the obvious weight loss/maintenance benefits, I most like having balanced energy throughout the day... no carb or sugar crashes
