Hi there, I just discovered this thread.

I have lose 15 pounds in 15 days doing PSMF, which I am doing it by the book.

I was also terrified of the free meal. I don't get refeeds because I am category 3. So far the free meals have not been a problem. When they're over, they're over. No bingeing and I stick to strict PSMF plan 5 days out of the week..

I am now into virgin territory: weights I haven't seen since 1999. I still have a long way to go, but I am planning to stay on PSMF for the whole 12 weeks before taking a fill 2-week break from the diet. I may or may not go back onto PSMF for another 12 weeks after labor day.

So far so good. Very very good.

If you are interested, buy the book and read up on it. It is NOT for the fainehearted, and you will miss your higher fat Atkins meals.
