Hi, I need help to know what to do with sugar alcohols, is is true like in the box said that you can substract it from the carbs as the fiber? or If I do eat something like that I need to ignore that and count them..
ex.
Carb Smart breyers
calories 100
Total Carb. 9g
Dietary Fiber 1g
Sugar Alcohol 5g
So this is 8g Carbs total or 3g total? thanks.
