I believe no one plan is good for everyone.

I forgot to mention...according to the book...myself and LOTS of others were suppose to be following a veggie diet...nothing but veggies and bread...and fruits. It amazed me how many couldn't do it becasue of how aweful they felt. They still followed the plan...but most ended up taking out all the breads and potatoes(starches).....and upped their quantity of protein(meats and eggs)....anything sound familar? Also, the atkins plan was often brought up in posts and chats.
I agree with the book on alot of areas...somethings that I eat do have problems digesting more than other foods...but if I can't live by it day to day....theres no sence screwing up my matabolisim by doing the yo yo thing with it.
