Excellent breakfast...
...at least occasionally is a protein shake. Sometimes I just don't feel like cooking an omelet or anthing for that matter. And the second problem is protein mixes generally taste like chit.
I tried the Hood Chocolate milk a month ago and decided to try a protein shake again.
4 oz of real expresso
4 oz of Hood Chocolate milk
2 scoops of Keto brand protein powder
Blended with about 2 cups of ice.
