Still maintaining my fat fast weight loss. Linda, it wasn't the easiest thing to do because both cream cheese and macadamias are rather bland (that's why I had to have a small salad w/Ranch 2 days in a row just for some FLAVOR), but I decided that I could do ANYTHING for 3 days! If it was more than 3 days? No way! As long as I kept reminding myself that it's only for 3 days...I pushed through.
