You said it! A couple years ago when I was at 152 for the "first" time, I did a 12-week Body for LIfe Challenge. Everyone on the forum kept telling me I had to start eating grains and oatmeal and such. It was the beginning of the end. I steadily started gaining.
I guess I can eat higher-carb veggeis and fruits, but having grains on a regular basis is the kiss of death for me.
