I am still here, today is the anniversary of the passing of my husband, it has been three years since he passed and my son lost his father. I have been emotionally eating and have not weighed myself at my regular morning weigh in time but promise to be right here bright and early tomorrow morning to post what might be the "ugly truth".
With the help of Susan, (Smullen some of you know her from previous challenges) I have been able to "talk it out" and feel better.
So as they say...onward and downward....
