There is little to no activity on this message board, so I am assuming everyone but me has all the problems ironed out. I've begun fudging, a little sugar here, a little caffeine there. If this goes on, I won't be on Schwartzbein anymore, but rather my own made-up diet. Those seldom work. So I'm writing it on here in hopes I can report later that I'm doing better . Might be enough to jog me back.
