I for one will be watching with great enthusiasm your low carb journey with Schwarzbein. I read her book and to me it is something with which I can live for the rest of my life. However, as I have so much to loose, I'm following Atkins until I am at goal, at which point I hope to maintain, using Schwarzbein. Please keep us up to date.
