I eat a lot of tomatoes if you count that as fruit, I don't.
I also eat avocadoes daily and don't count that as fruit either.
I eat asst. berries in a smoothie a few days a week. I enjoy a pear or orange once in a while. I rarely have a banana or mango and love both. I love cherries and haven't had them yet this season.
For weight loss though, I think that fruit consumption depends on your level of IR.
