ahh im so jealous! no 24hr gyms here in the UK. id kill to join one of those!

dont worry! the reason they call it an "athletic" body shape is because those with them are ATHLETES. are you an athlete? will you become one if you work out every now and then? nope. (kim kardashian is a total gym bunny if thats any further encouragement )

this is what i do when i go to the gym.. (i do mix it up, but this is my base

10 minutes aerobics (eliptical, rowing, w.e)
20-50 crunches, you should be a little sore but not exhausted.
then pick legs or arms
50 trunk twists

legs:
20 sets of 2 leg extensions and curls
15 squats
one or two other machines you like

CARDIO BREAK; 10 minutes
arms:
2 sets of 10 on 3+ machines
10 pushups

finish up with 10 more minutes of cardio (stairmaster is good for an ending) and use any other machines youd like to do.
