Hopeful 15, I do the routines at home. I agree - I wasn't comfortable doing some of these moves at the gym. You can split up the training. It says it somewhere in his book. For the days that you need to do the 45 minute routine, I do the cardio in the am and the core routine at night.
Good luck! I have lost 2 more pounds and hope to lose 3 more by the end of the 2 weeks (Monday!).
