Question What is going on?

WTH is going on with my weight. I came to DR today for a cold and weighed in at 238. Saw DR last 2 or 3 months ago. Weighed.....yes u guessed it 238. I have been low carbing with no more than 25 carbs a day for about 2 months.

Breakfast:
3 boiled eggs with light salt.

Snack:
Celery stick with almond butter pb....7 carbs 3 fiber

Lunch:
Varies between. Rotisserie chicken with Ramon lettuce and pork skins. Or. Enrich sausage with pork skins and mustard. Or. Boiled eggs.

Dinner:
Varies. More chicken. Over easy eggs x3 with bacon and romaine lettuce. Or. Boiled eggs with spam and lettuce.

Around 9pm a little cool whip with a sprinkle of sugar free chocolate pudding powder.

I drink lots of water during the day. Around 5-6 36oz bottles.

Before dinner I run 2.5 miles.
