love ours so much i bought a second one. i'll often make carbs for the family in one, and meat in the other one. or when i have lots of bones, i run them both to make bone broth. totally worth it just for the bone broth. i use it for almost all the meat we cook, too, it makes everything so tender and flavourful. the only exception seems to be ham--we are unthrilled with the way that our hams turn out in the ip, so we bake the ham.
