Low K setback
I'm having to rethink my goal weight for Jan 1st
Still recovering from a serious K deficiency which has put me behind my target weight for Oct. Muscle fatigue has prevented my weekly swims and cycling.
Since I have been loosing 3lbs/month I'm reseting my goal to 156 which means 3lbs for Nov and 3lbs for Dec.
So looking fwd to my physical at the end of October to check my electrolytes
