I'm not sure I want to spill my life story here on a public board, so I'd love it if we could email each other a get-to-know-each-other message. See what struggles each of us has, what kind of support we need. And then I'm fine with messages on this board.

I will disclose that I'm a health coach and can help people with their mindsets and goals. But I'd prefer to share my documents privately and not post those here, either.
