I've decided to not stress about missed days since my walking habit seems firmly established and I will get back to it quickly after a miss. Yesterday the temperature was below freezing and the wind was intermittently howling when it wasn't just blowing. Add my lack of sufficient sleep the night before and I threw in the towel and only went out to walk the dog around the block a few times.
