I've had it in the fridge for 4 days or so, but I do use it up pretty quickly.
I've never had milk/cream spoil that quickly. Cream generally keeps a week or two for me. You might want to get a thermometer and make sure your fridge is at or below 40'.
I doubt the raw egg would be very nice after freezing, but the only way to know is to try!
