Default What supplements?

It's time for me to restock on supplements, but I really don't want to waste my money. Do you have suggestions for things that really are beneficial? If you could only buy 4 supplements which 4 would they be?

Right now I take:
cod liver oil
K2 (fermented soy version)
sea kelp
primrose oil
magnesium

Am I wasting my money of any of these?
