Thud, it sounded like a good idea! Not all my experiments work, either...
I cut white cheddar slices into quarters, spread 2 with whipped cream cheese and sprinkled with "Sunny Paris" herb blend, topped with remaining two slices to make a cheese cracker that isn't a cracker... these are really good, especially if you let them get to room temperature. Haff Caff w/HC.
