ROX - life gets in the way sometimes. And sometimes we feel like our bodies need a break now and then, too. You are in control, so keep plodding along. You are doing GREAT!!!!

I hope your post-CN gain leaves quickly!!! I always seem to find I am never very hungry the day after and fasting is always a good thing. I did not eat anything but a couple cups of coffee/cream this morning and a can of tuna with mayo this afternoon. It is dinner time and I am not interested in anything yet. I may grab something soon. And I still have no idea what I want!
