In looking at the responses to your original post I do not see where had the need to "defend" your plan but only requests to explain an unknown plan so others may make suggestions to help you.

Also this is a low carb site so responses are naturally going to be from their LC experiences.

As I am not familiar with your program I do not know what suggestions to make that will help you.
