stevia is a all natural sweetner, I do believe it wasn't the stevia that made it taste bad it was the herbal part of it, I take a GTF pill with some herbal stuff in it and it smells and tastes yucky. The stevia is know to lower Bp in folks with high bp. So I look at it as a sweet miricle in my am coffee. the GTF is for my diabetes
