Thank you Nancy. I got so worked up I forgot to mention that!

Niacin (with a B complex chaser) is an excellent anti-inflammatory without the danger of statin side effects, or NSAIDS.

After all, the latest research indicates statins work, when they work, not by lowering the cholesterol; it's the inflammation. Why not target the source?
