I'm not a runner...but I wanna be. I'd like to get started next week and I'm looking at the C25K plan right now. I'm concerned about running at my weight, but I walk a lot, so like I've discussed in my journal, it's more like "walk25k", as couch to 5K implies a previously inactive lifestyle. I promise to walk if I find myself suffering with any pulling, tearing, or painful joints.
Anyway, I've read through the whole thread and I'm super inspired!
