Hello all! I'm not new to low carbing, I've actually been on and off for over 20 years (or very close to). My journey has been a rollercoaster to say the least. Most recently (2.5 years ago) I underwent gastric sleeve and took off 120 lbs...I'm now back up 41 lbs of that loss and so am reevaluating my eating/exercise habits and jumping right back in before I hit 300 lbs again.

I'm glad to be here and look forward to meeting many of you!
