Hey good to hear from you! At least you are still reading ALC!
It IS hard to keep up because it is a dteremined life style change. The hardest thing for ME here in Israel is that just when I am getting some momentum there is a chag to undermine all my efforts.
Sometimes I just have to bring my own food.
EVERYTHING good in Israel is delicious and HIGH CARB. |
