Default i joined a gym...

and i'm not even sure what i should be doing. i'm considering hiring a personal trainer.

i love that the gym is 24 hours a day. i can workout after work at 1am if i want. i can workout if i can't sleep. that is awesome!

the problem is where do i start? i'm a woman who is looking to tone up, but i don't want to lose my curves. i'm worried about looking too athletic. i do not want arms like Madonna.

i can do cardio, but i would like to do some light strength training as well to increase my strength and build some muscle. i just don't want to overdo. thanks for any feedback.
