Hi Kitty. I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with the neurapathy. I've never heard of this and had to google to understand it. I hope you can find something to give you relief.
I'm impressed with the weight loss that seemingly came from limiting dairy. I do eat some butter and cheese. I may have to rethink that.
