Hi everybody, hope you don’t mind if I join your group. I am on the day 3 of the phase one and so far so good. I am still reading the book by allowable food list has been very helpful. I am planning to stay on the phase one till September 2 and when school start I am going to start adding the fruit in my menu. Anybody else is doing phase 1?
