not exactly sure what all is on my menu this week but do know i am going to have that chicken casserole...some salmon patties,,,maybe ground chicken patty...pork chops maybe....not sure but will be ready...

i am really liking how my hunger is decreased...I havent eaten for over 26 hrs now and cannot say that I am hungry yet,,,I like this feeling
