I just wanted to say hang in there. PCOS treatment is often a long process of learning what works for YOUR body. It took me over a year to get the medication dose and diet that work best for me. Don’t be afraid to let your doctor know when something is not working for you, and demand changes. Use them as a tool to help you get better. Best of wishes and health to you.
