Almond flour, ground flaxseed meal, fava bean flour. WheatBelly Cookbook has many 'bread' recipes in it. I don't have a problem with soy but it tends to make 'bread items' very soft and limp. I made the 'biscuits' last week. This week I made basic bread. It has good texture. I also made pizza crust that you can actually hold in your hand.
