Workout was a combination of Bowflex, dumbbells and stability ball. Exercises were:
Hip raise
Seated leg extension
Machine chest press
Stability ball hamstring curl
Seated row
Dumbbell shoulder press
Bicep curls
Triceps extension
Crunches
