My feeling is you should eat some, but only according to your personal need. If you can do without it´s Ok, if you need to have some, that´s also OK.

So I don´t make a difference between cardio in the morning and other day´s. Some day´s I eat more during daytime, some days very little.

This may be confusing for people wanting exact prescribed diets, but the intuïtive eating of the WD is effective and psychologically healing!
