Well, there are calculations to work out how much protein to have and then you have to figure out whether you're Cat 1-3 and some things are different depending on. Then the refeed has calculations and instructions too. Yeah, I think I'd be remiss if I didn't encourage you to get the book because the devil is in the details.
I've been stalled the last week, due to PMS issues I believe. I feel smaller though. Today I noticed I hardly have any belly fat when I'm laying down on my back.
