I live on my iPad and don't have tiny print. Just this webpage? First simple ideas...

Hold it landscape and hide the bookmarks bar...only show that when using it. The Tablet screen should be a full page of Low Carber but for a small Safari tab bar at top. Use tabs to open multiple screens, rather than share screen space.

Under Settings -- Display and Brightness -- Text Size. Mine is at center of text size slider or try increasing that? (Is that what you meant by bigger fonts? ) The iPad will adjust the sizing for some web page when reading. You do have to scroll down to read this forum but the full page width is visible that way.

Possible, but unlikely....
Under Settings --General --Accessibility. There is a text sizer in this section too, could that have been reduced? All the accessibility options come "off", but if you check it, it too should also be middle of text size slider bar.
