I'm in London. I've been away from this site for a while as I reached my goal but then suffered from carb creep around a significant birthday!

Getting back on the wagon has reminded me of how much better I feel when I eat low carb. Just have to try to remember this when I'm at goal and there's a nice cake in the offing...
